Senior Preseason Training Program
Weeks 1 -2 CONDITIONING - It's about a shock to the system, high-intensity high energy to build strength and an aerobic base quickly and effectively and getting the body in alignment through Pilates
Weeks 2-4 FOOTBALL CONDITIONING- This phase is about building total-body fitness through on field speed, fitness and agility drills, as well as Pllates
Week 4-6 - SPEED/AGILITY/POWER - Once we have a strong strength base, we can start building into football-specific movement to increase our speed, agility and power complemented by more advanced Pilates conditioning
Week 7 ONWARDS - Strength and conditioning maintenance programs to be provided to do in own time
